FinnDot provides tools that analyze user-authorized financial data to generate insights related to financial behavior, credit understanding, and investment readiness.
FinnDot:
- Does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or guaranteed financial outcomes.
- Does not act as a lender, broker, investment advisor, or credit bureau.
- Does not make final credit or investment decisions on behalf of any institution.
All insights are informational and intended to support user understanding and decision-making.
3. User Consent and Data Access
To provide the Service, FinnDot may request access to certain financial information, including SMS alerts and Account Aggregator data, strictly with your explicit consent.
You acknowledge that:
- You control what data you choose to connect.
- You may revoke consent at any time through the Service or relevant platform.
- FinnDot processes data primarily on your device, where applicable, and follows applicable data protection laws.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information.
- Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on insights provided by FinnDot.

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with FinnDot are owned by or licensed to FinnDot.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinnDot shall not be liable for:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
